Order Processing & Shipping Times

- Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- We provide tracking for all orders via USPS, FedEx, UPS and local couriers.
- Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," it is considered successfully delivered.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
- If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Shipping Address & Errors
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- We do not refund or reship orders due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is lost in transit (before delivery confirmation), contact us at support@luxefashionfinds.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
- If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days with photos, and we will help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
- Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
